Josie and Andrea are passionate mental health professionals dedicated to holistic, trauma-informed healing approaches that honour the whole personâmind, body, and spirit.
Josie is a qualified counsellor who holds a counselling diploma from Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and is accredited with the Australian Counselling Association. with extensive training in holistic therapies including Inherited Release Method, Root Cause Therapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). She is also a certified Reiki Master. Her diverse background as a mental health support worker and crisis supporter with Lifeline, combined with her own healing journey, brings deep understanding to her therapeutic approach.
Andrea is a Social Worker registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers and holds a post-graduate degree in Professional Education and Training. She is certified in Embodied Processing (body-based trauma therapy), and is trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Learning (EAL). Andrea is also a Reiki Practitioner. She has many yearsâ experience in counselling and therapy, and has advanced training in anxiety, depression, and trauma across all age groups. She brings a warm, compassionate and grounded presence to supporting individuals and groups through life's challenges.
